Descriptions

Mycorrhizae is a symbiotic relationship between fungi and vascular plants that can assimilate plant nutrients from the soil and improve the nutrient uptake capability of plants.

Benefits to the crop and soil:

Improve plant root growth and development.
Increase the uptake and mobilization of phosphate in all crops.
Increase and facilitate nutrient and translocation from the soil and root cuticle parenchyma to Xylem, Phloem, and elements like nitrogen, potassium, iron, manganese, magnesium, copper, zinc, boron, sulfur, and molybdenum.
Effective in overcoming stress conditions like drought, disease incidence, and deficiency of nutrients.
Enhance product quality and increase the immune power of the crop.

Mode of action:

Mycorrhizae are obligate and saprophytic in nature which requires a living host for its survival.
The mycorrhizae start associating symbiotically with the roots of the plants.
This helps in the absorption of water, phosphorus solubilization, and other essential macro and microelements and makes them available to the plants in a consumable form.

Application methods:

It can be applied through the traditional drenching method by mixing in water as these products are water-soluble.
Thoroughly mix it with vermicompost or Farmyard manure and keep it aside for 10 – 12 days before the application for better results.
